Use of CasaZurich is governed by the standard End User License Agreement (EULA) of the platform through which you downloaded the app — Apple's Standard EULA for iOS users and Google Play's Terms of Service for Android users. By using our app and services, you agree to these terms.

Acceptance of terms

By downloading, installing, or using the CasaZurich application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

Use of services

CasaZurich provides information about locations, events, and services in Zurich. While we strive for accuracy, we cannot guarantee that all information is current or complete. Users should verify important information independently.

Subscriptions

• Subscriptions will automatically renew unless canceled within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can cancel anytime through your Apple ID or Google Play account settings.
• Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited if you purchase a subscription.
• Auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your Apple ID or Google Play account settings after purchase.
• The duration and price of each subscription is displayed on the purchase screen, and updated at the time of purchase.

Shop and purchases

When making purchases through our shop, you agree to provide accurate payment and shipping information. All purchases are processed securely through Stripe. Prices are displayed in Swiss Francs (CHF) unless otherwise noted.

Intellectual property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property associated with CasaZurich are owned by us or our licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express permission.

Limitation of liability

CasaZurich is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to reliance on information provided by the app.

Changes to terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Switzerland. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Zurich, Switzerland.
